  • Items must include all accompanying documentation or certificates

Return Process

Step 1: Reach Out to Us Before sending any items back, please contact our support team at [email protected] and provide:

  • Your order reference number
  • Detailed reason for the return request
  • Product photos (when applicable)

Step 2: Return Approval Our customer service team will evaluate your request and send you detailed return instructions along with authorization within 48 hours.

Step 3: Package and Send After receiving approval, securely package your items and ship them to the address provided in your return authorization email.

Important Note: Always include your order reference number and return authorization code with your shipment.

Shipping Information

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking
  • Vibebazzar.com cannot be held liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit
  • For high-value items, consider purchasing shipping insurance

Refund Processing
